Calculating your payout. Ready to count your earnings? Here’s how it works for the listing owner: Your nightly rate plus your optional extra charges (a cleaning fee or extra guest fee, etc.) minus the Host service fee and any co-Host payouts you share = your payout.
2023年10月12日 · Tap Listings and select the listing you want to edit. Under Listing editor, tap Your space. Tap Co-Hosts and select the co-Host for whom you'd like to set up payouts. Tap Payouts and select one of the available options: Cleaning fee, Cleaning fee plus percentage, Percentage or Fixed amount. Tap Confirm with co-Host.
Here’s how payments work for reservations of 28 nights or more: First-month payment: You’ll be charged this up front, but we’ll hold off on releasing it to the Host until 24 hours after check-in. Monthly instalments: For reservations longer than a month, we will charge you 10 days in advance for each payment period after the first payment.
