引言. 1. 本《 補充說明》 應與2020 年12 月16日發出的《區域法院民事案件和解會議指引》一併閱讀。 案件和解會議的目的. 2. 審裁並非解決爭議的唯一途徑。 民事司法制度改革其中一個重要方面,是利便有合理機會可以藉法院程序以外的替代方式圓滿解決糾紛的案件進行和解。 3. 根據《區域法院規則》,區域法院( “ 區院” )有責任積極管理案件以鼓勵訴訟各方在進行訴訟程序的過程中互相配合、收窄爭議事項,以及鼓勵採用另類排解程序。 訴訟各方及法律代表也有相應責任在案件管理上協助區院。 4. 由於案件和解會議要求訴訟方本人親自出席,所以在法律程序中提供獨特的契機,讓訴訟各方可以面對面溝通以討論案件。 5.
