2014年4月27日 · Review of Guotai Hotel. Reviewed Apr 27, 2014. Booked this hotel based on it's Trip Advisor rating - how wrong we were... Barely one of the hotel staff spoke English, which makes even the simple things frustrating, to say the least. Our check out took some 20 mins, and still ended with us having to walk out so we didn't miss our ferry.
