It takes into account: Details about your listing, like property type, location, amenities and reviews. Search activity in your area, including how many people are searching certain dates.
Add a living wage note to your listing. Go to Listings and click the listing you want to change. Click Pricing and availability and go to Fees. Next to Cleaning fee, click Edit. Select People who clean my listing are paid a living wage, and click Save. Go to Listings and then tap the listing you want to change.
