  1. 2020年3月24日 · gonnafailexams. 4. Original post by Rando16. Hello, I just received an email from Aldi telling me I have reached the next stage of the recruitment process which is a video interview. The email says I also have to research information on Aldi as they will they ask questions on the business model and work culture.

  2. I know this was 2 years ago now but I’ve just had an assessment with Aldi and was searching to see what it entailed so thought I’d reply so other people can see it. I went into a local store (not the one I was applying for) and met with the area manager.

  3. ALDI don’t hesitate to replace people they don’t like, and their staff turnover is very high. Uni graduates would be better advised to work in roles where they can utilize the degree they’ve studied, which in the long term will give them a lot more opportunities than ALDI can offer.

  4. 1. I attended a Aldi Experience day last week and four days later they informed me I didn't get the job. What I don't understand is, why put me through 3 stages of the application (online assessment, interview and Aldi Experience) then not give me the job when they basically made out I would be successful.

  6. Here's one of the stories, feel free to skim/not read: As a former Area Manager with ALDI, I would strongly discourage anyone with a university degree from going for the Area Manager role with ALDI. The typical people you will be working with in these roles are obnoxious, aggressive and over confident. This is the ALDI type they are after.

  7. Stocking isles should be fine at 16. You could still work on tills really- as in most shops (im assuming aldi is the same), under 18's can serve alcohol as long as they get a colleage (over 18) to watch them do it. Ive seen it happen all the time. I heard that they are pretty good to work for, so you should be ok.

  8. 6 years ago. Caff1888. I had experience day wednesdsy there, and it consisted of health and safety, then I was to find 10 aldi items, within 10 minutes. After that, I was to work truck, and park pallets. Then had to take stock out, and put them in isles, with assistant manager. It was slightly over 2 hours.

  9. OP. 18. Original post by Econ1906. I haven’t been interviewed by Aldi but just be aware of your past experience and skills, have examples of each and don’t forget to use the STAR method (situation, task, action and result). I’d recommend WikiJob and Glassdoor to find potential questions.

  10. 2020年6月27日 · Do your research about the history of Aldi, their values etc. Know your strengths and weaknesses, think of examples for when you've worked in a team or overcome a problem as these are common questions. Don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer to something. If you try to lie or blag through it they will know.
