   2017年7月4日 · 《極速罪駕》是梅維爾《獨行殺手》的汽車版—《獨行車手》，它主要是描繪沉默寡言的「無名車手」(片中沒有透露角色名字) 的內心世界–他來歷不明，過去發生過什麼事無人知悉，只知他人車合一，擁有超卓的駕駛技術，他性格孤僻，日間他是車房技工，富江湖義氣的老闆是唯一朋友，他也是兼職的電影飛車特技人，晚上偶爾為罪犯做些「駁腳」工作，他不參與打劫，亦不過問犯案過程，他的原則是「我為你駕車：你給我上車的時間和地點，我給你5分鐘時間，上車後5分鐘內發生的事是我的事，過後貴客自理，我不拿槍，我只駕車。 這是一部關於駕車的人，而非關於飆車的電影。 導演尼古拉斯溫迪黑芬(Nicolas Winding Refn)原籍丹麥，憑本片獲得康城最佳導演，是有點意料不到。
