2 Years ago I visited Cambodia and Vietnam, first time to Asia other than a stopover in Bangkok decades ago.I had zero need or intention of getting on a bike or moped, and well aware of the injuries people suffer not only in Asia but in places like the Greek Isles.

Are there any travel insurance that don't require you to pay upfront for medical costs and reimburse later?
