The Hospital Authority is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. It is under the governance of its board and is under the monitor of the Secretary for Health of the Hong Kong Government. Its chairman is Henry Fan .
醫院管理局 （簡稱 醫管局 ；英語： Hospital Authority ， 縮寫 作 HA ）是一個 香港法定機構 ，負責管理 香港公立醫院 及 診所 ，執行 香港政府 的公共醫療政策，根據《醫院管理局條例》於1990年12月1日成立。 自1991年12月起，醫院管理局負責全港公立醫院及相關的醫療服務，並透過 醫務衞生局 局長向 香港特別行政區政府 負責，而醫務衞生局則負責制定醫療政策和監察醫院管理局的工作。 [1] 並向香港政府提出包括醫院收費及所需要資源等相關政策建議，以及培育訓練醫療人員及醫院服務相關研究等。 醫院管理局作為 香港公營醫療 體系的核心，經費由香港政府增撥，惟部分服務按成本收費，人事聘任則與公務員脫鉤，局方可自行制定聘任條件。
