I booked an all inclusive vacation to mexico for myself and my girlfriend through Itravel2000 from December 14-21, 2021, and bought the comprehensive all travel insurance through Manulife for herself and I.
I have read the Manulife Covid Travel Plan and I find it a bit confusing. If Canada changes from the Non Essential Travel not Recommended to All Travel Not Recommended, are we still covered? Anyone have experience with making a claim with this plan?

If hubby tests positive and I don’t, can I stay for the 10 days that he has to quarantine so we can travel home together? I assume I would need to extend my coverage. Just wondering if anyone had problems.

Manulife Centre may be considered an office building; but there are other things to do inside for families and young adults, besides a little shopping and transferring subway trains. You can catch a show, and once the rain clears, Village of Yorkville park is nearby at Cumberland-Bellair to enjoy gelato and bubble tea.

If you like walking perhaps only 30-35 mins., beside you can so some shopping along the way. Take the MTR to Ngau Tau Kok, requires one change at Tiu Keng Leng. Manulife Tower is a short walk from there. Unfortunately I do not have intimate knowledge about HK transport system, however there are plenty of bus shuttle service.

As we are in the US and it is a US based property, we decided to take a chance for a 1-night stay. We also knew that we would not be adjusting our travel plans, barring some major, catastrophic emergency.
