2024年8月28日 · For the emails diverted to your unwanted folder, go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything there that you didn't set up (you'll need to use desktop mode if you're on a mobile device) While you're there, check that your 'reply to' email address hasn't been changed. 2024年8月25日 · Try to complete a normal reset of your Sky Glass TV. This is done by powering the TV off at the mains and powering it back on. If the issue persists, please reply to the thread with a date / timestamp of the issue. It would also be really helpful to see a video recording of the issue from a restart to opening the app.
2023年10月28日 · 28 Oct 2023 05:01 PM. Hi, I've been trying to get into My Sky app as my Sky ID was changed. I've uninstall previous app as told by sky technician and newly installed the app again. I'm trying to set up with new ID but it just stops at Post code page. I put the postcode in (with or without space) and it just sticks on that page, nothing happens.
2024年4月22日 · Even if Q was discontinued (which it will be eventually) you won't be required to get a new Sky Glass TV. Sky Stream is the same thing but without a TV screen and soundbar attached. It just replaces the Q box and uses the internet for connection. Report post.
