B and get off at Shimbashi Station, not HIgashi Ginza and take the taxi from there. there is an escalator to the ground floor and from there if you go to the right there is a taxi stand. The taxi will be seven to ten minute ride.

The Minatomachi Dock is a bit off-center of Dotombori (Dotonbori in the Japanese way of spelling). $140 doesn't get you a nice room in a good hotel in this area.
