   香港人口的認字能力頗高，96%的5歲及以上人口能閱讀至少一種語文 4. 按年齡組別分析，15至24歲及25至34歲的人士擁有最高的識字率（指能閱讀至少一種語言的人口比例），均達99.9%，而他們能閱讀至少兩種語言的比例分別為95.8% 及89.0%。

   Labour force of Hong Kong increased to 3.95 million in 2016. 1. The labour force of Hong Kong increased by 10.7% (or 0.38 million) from 3.57 million in 2006 to 3.95 million in 2016. The average annual growth rate of labour force over the past 10 years was 1.0%, close to that of 0.9% for all persons aged 15 and over. (Chart 1)
