2021年9月7日 · The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) announces today (7 September 2021) that the URA Board has approved the tender award to Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited (Chun Wo Construction) for the superstructure works contract of the Ash Street Development Project (the Project) in Tai Kok Tsui.
As of 2021/22, there were a total of 14 projects awarded with the final Hong Kong BEAM Platinum ratings, three projects with final BEAM Plus Platinum ratings and 15 projects with final BEAM Plus Gold ratings by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC).
