Cate1976. 13. Haven't done it with white tack but have done it successfully with blu tack. When you take the posters/photos down, do it so blu tack stays on the wall. Make sure your finger or thumb is clean, then gently roll until the blu tack comes off. Wipe the wall with a damp cloth that's only had water on it.

They really are good although word of warning, when removing them make sure you peel them off SLOWLY otherwise they will rip your posters and if you've pressed down too tightly on the wall, could peel of some paint. Otherwise they are a much neater and efficient alternative to blu tack or white tack.
2012年7月13日 · If the inventory was very basic with no mention of condition of walls, I would suggest the LA would have difficulty charging anything, let alone £950 for the state of the walls.., blue tack or not as its not possible for them to identify which tenant made the marks (your friend or the tenant before etc, etc).

I’d clean using something recommended above, then paint over each stain with the paint you intend to use, wait for it to dry and see if the stain shows through before painting the entire wall. 2006年2月4日 · Reheat the blue tack again and repeat the process several times. If you have anything like 'deep heat' muscle rub, work a little of it into the blue tack as it helps to break down the bond with the carpet. Next blot the carpet with 1 teaspoon of washing-up liquid mixed with 1 cup of warm water and then dab up with a white cloth (toweling is best).

To put something on the wall without nails I recon its either going to be some kind of glue, unless you can hang it off something. Why not ask the owner of the accomodation if its ok if you put in a nail or 2 to hang some things up.
