I stumbled upon CX Holidays site, and its weekend getaway deals, airfare and hotel included, seem astonishingly cheap, i.e. air to Bangkok and three nights at the Penninsula for something like 6,200 HKD! Has anyone had any experience with these CX holiday
Maybe you can formally write to CX customer services (CX Holiday is under CX) asking to be treated as an exception case. I would suggest though to tone it down a bit because after all you are asking for a leniency, they have done nothing wrong
