   2022年8月2日 · MIRROR演唱會於28日發生嚴重意外，表演期間一塊大型video wall下墮撃中兩名舞者，需要緊急送院，官方宣布取消之後所有場次。 其中傷勢較重的Dancer李啟言（阿Mo）通宵完成手術，其父母亦從加拿大趕返香港。 MakerVille行政總裁魯庭暉昨晚現身交代阿Mo傷勢時，表示他清醒能夠溝通，但據悉阿Mo有腦出血外，同時第四節頸椎有爆裂情況，令神經線受損，影響手腳活動。 有指阿Mo通宵完成手術後，目前需等待神經線復原，而最壞情況有機會下半身癱瘓，暫時評估日後的影響。 至翌日（29日）晚上，阿Mo已完成第二次手術，但情況仍然嚴重。 據消息指，進行過兩次手術的時阿阿Mo暫時仍然被列為危殆，醫療團隊需要幾個月去觀察阿Mo骨髓神經康復程度，未能透露他的活動能力及康復情況。
