If anybody can answer your Q, that'll be him: Answer 1 of 2: I am leavng for Japan in 3 days.I followed the instructions and was able to create a Suica card adding yen using a Visa but the card does not appear in my Apple wallet. I can see the approved transaction amount in my wallet in Apple Pay.

If you started at The River Cafe, coming by taxi, instead of back on the Malecon, would save you quite a few steps (literally, both distance and staircases).
