Weather websites give wildly different forecasts for weather in Japan. What is the best weather website - perhaps a local Japanese one in English - for accurate information? Thanks.
2024年5月4日 · If you look for the "big picture," ie Japan, you'll most likely find prefecture weather. Every prefecture can also be broken down to various areas as weather might differ even within the same prefecture, ie north Nagano around Nagano city is different than Matsumoto in central Nagano or areas in the south by Gifu prefecture.
Is there a particular weather app for Japan that is more reliable? In the US I use Weather Underground which gives very good forecast (temperature, rain volume, wind speed) for the week. I know I can just use Apple one which is based on Weather channel, but wondering if there is another one used in Japan.
2023年9月27日 · Answered: Am thinking of visiting cities like Tyo.. Osaka ,Hiroshima ,Kyoto as this is my first time to Japan...how will the weather like in mid October to November..the typhoon season is over ?
Look at this JMA link which covers the major cities of Japan. The specific weather on any given day when it comes to rain/sunshine, etc might not be so accurate after a few days. However, it offers a good gauge to general temperature trends and whether you will likely see some rain down the road.
