餘額約 1 億港元安排如下：第一、二期合資格但未獲得資助的餐廳及零售店舖申請者將進行電腦隨機抽簽，不用再提交申請便可獲 3 萬港元資助；結果將通過短訊發放。 第三期應急錢共收到 1,585 宗持牌中小型旅行社申請，4,942 宗持牌小販同業申請，所有合資格申請者都能獲得資助。 感謝港九新界販商社團聯合會奔走幫忙業界有需要人士登記申請。 10 億元「應急錢」計劃將於壓軸隨機抽簽後，圓滿結束，三期共收到逾 43,000 宗申請，預計整項計劃最終有約 27,000 家中小企及小販經營者受惠，資助率為 62%。 所有「應急錢」資助會在本月中前分批送到成功申請者手中。 基金會同仁非常感恩為市民服務，「應急錢」計劃由構思、落實到發放資助，僅用了不足兩個月的時間，並得到市民很大的支持和迴響。
