   2024年5月13日 · 海關早前接獲舉報，指一個連鎖零售集團出售的一款品牌的服裝懷疑附有虛假產地來源說明，遂到該集團位於沙田及將軍澳共三間分店試購該款品牌服裝，並發現服裝上均附有兩個不同產地來源的標籤，分別為「made in korea」和「MADE IN CHINA」。 海關隨即於今日採取行動，在上述三間分店檢獲共六十三件懷疑附有虛假產地來源說明的上衣，價值共九千元。 行動中，海關人員拘捕一名女經理及兩名分店女負責人，年齡介乎42至49歲，她們現正保釋候查。 案件仍在調查中，不排除有更多人被捕。 海關提醒商戶遵守《商品說明條例》的規定，任何人在營商或業務過程中供應已應用虛假商品說明的貨品，或管有已應用虛假商品說明的貨品作出售用途，即屬違法，一經定罪，最高可被判罰款五十萬元及監禁五年。
