   2019年12月12日 · 有興趣使用程式的公立醫院病人可於下次返回公立醫院使用服務時，一併完成啟動帳戶程序。 醫管局發言人指出，新開發的「HA Go」綜合醫管局現時多個應用程式，並加入新功能，包括遞交專科門診新症的預約申請及管理覆診預約，病人可查詢過去一年和未來的覆診期，範圍覆蓋專科門診、普通科門診、放射檢查、專職醫療、護士診所及藥劑師診所的預約。 病人亦可透過應用程式繳付賬單及標準藥費，省卻排隊繳費時間；以及隨時查閱兩年內的配藥紀錄、藥物資訊和過敏紀錄。 與此同時，「HA Go」亦提供醫管局醫護人員製作的影片、遊戲等多媒體功能，為不同疾病病人提供康復訓練方案，經醫護人員評估，認為合適的病人可有系統地在家中或社區進行康復練習。 「HA Go」現時接受18歲或以上的香港身份證持有人成為會員。
