1 – Booked a flight, knowing I can cancel in 24 Hrs. 2 – Decided to cancel the day after (~20 Hrs later). 3 – Website froze when I clicked 'Cancel'. 4 – Tried using the Chat – was unavailable. 5 – Tried calling Priceline support – There was only automatic answering machine which wouldn't recognize my identifying details.

I've never used Priceline for anything before but upon researching it, many people are saying they don't like it because it doesn't show the flight times up front.

On my confirmation, I have a seat assigned to me, but I called Delta to confirm and they stated I will be called at the airport to be assigned a seat.
