2015年3月23日 · There are a few different companies, but if IIRC they pretty much use similar rates. If the rate in the city is better then it would be best to only exchange a small amount at the airport (to pay for the train ticket) then exchange the rest in the city.

But in your case, if you're bringing your currency, I'd suggest changing it to US Dollars in your country to get a better rate, as you may have trouble exchanging your local currency.
