But if they phone on the spot, there is no additional charge. After the ride, when hotel phoned while I was waiting in the lobby, driver added 500 yen to the bill.

Hello, I am trying to decide between using a private shuttle or taking the Jeep -Boat- Jeep (using a private shuttle for the driving parts) option to travel from the Arenal area to Monteverde in late December.
