   Practising estate agency work without a licence is a criminal offence punishable by a maximum penalty of 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of $500,000. Apply for renewal of licence. To renew a licence, a licensee must make an application no earlier than 3 months and no later than 1 month prior to the expiration of the licence (“the period”).
