2014年4月27日 · AM. Sydney, Australia. Only stay if you speak Chinese, and/or like a massage with a happy ending... Review of Guotai Hotel. Reviewed Apr 27, 2014. Booked this hotel based on it's Trip Advisor rating - how wrong we were... Barely one of the hotel staff spoke English, which makes even the simple things frustrating, to say the least.
