“Superwoman”是美国金牌音乐制作人Babyface在1989年谱写制作的曲子，他的好搭档L.A.REID参与填词，由Karyn White 演唱。 Babyface早期谱写的曲子有一个特点；那就是快，快而不乱，无穷无尽，荡气回肠的旋律句句打动人心。 在Super woman这首曲子里，难度系数极高，且高音部分连绵起伏，要求演唱者对节奏，旋律的感悟要强。
