Visited northern Kyushu for 10 days in end March commencing in Takeo onsen, followed by Karatsu in Saga Prefecture. Overall itin – Takeo onsen > Karatsu > Yamaga onsen-go > Yufuin (2n) > Beppu > Matsuyama (2n) > Fukuoka (3n)

Having traveled to Tokyo, Takayama, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima, we’ve decided to wrap up our trip in Hokkaido. We like nature, scenic places and drives, and hiking. Not excited about Onsen.
2024年5月13日 · 2. Re: Planning a trip to Japan in Aug 2024. May 13, 2024, 10:20 PM. You will spend a large chunk of your time fighting other Japanese visitors since it's Obon. If you intend to travel on long distance trains, you will need to fix and itinerary and book ahead. Also, finalize your plans so you can book hotels ASAP.
