    2020年3月12日 · 領事館認證. 另一方面，對於非《海牙公約》的簽署國或地區，經公證人公證的文件，必須先由相關國家或地區在香港的領事館加簽認證後，才能在該國家或地區使用。 正如之前所說，獲取海牙認證相對並不繁瑣，但從領事館獲取文件認證便相對複雜。 原因是因為海牙認證是由香港特別行政區高等法院獨自管理，而從領事館獲取文件認證則會因應每個領事館對於文件認證的個別要求而有所不同，包括是否必須使用公證證書、多於一份文件時文件是否必須單獨公證或可以放在同一公證證書後作為附件然後進行公證、是否必須使用香港特別行政區政府發出的核證副本、授權書的內容應如何草擬及如何簽署、是否應先從領事館獲得文件的預先批核以避免以後被拒絕認證、什麼具體或標準的字眼應加到文件上以避免以後被拒絕認證、應提交哪些證明文件等等。
