2023年9月8日 · We just got back from a trip to Universal Studios Florida where we booked the Cabana Bay for 1 night through Super.com.. As we are in the US and it is a US based property, we decided to take a chance for a 1-night stay. We also knew that we would not be adjusting our travel plans, barring some major, catastrophic emergency.
So finally I decided to cancel the booking but notice that for Cancellation the refund was not full. There was deduction of 27% which is a loss for me. Hence, I feel it’s not safe to book through Agoda and their booking confirmation is not guaranteed. 1.
