It looks like those who received a single J&J shot will only be able to enter Germany if they have received either a J&J, Pfizer/Biontech or Moderna booster according to the link above. Biontech (Pfizer) = comirnaty Moderna = spikevax

In any event, the fares you found at wego.com may not be live fares available for purchase. I think it's too early to book for May 2019, but if you must do so now then go only to the airline's website to make the booking.
