普通科門診服務簡介. 醫院管理局（醫管局）普通科門診致力提供以社區為本的基層醫療服務，服務使用者主要包括長者、低收入人士和長期病患者。 普通科門診照顧的病人主要分為兩大類，包括病情穩定的長期病患者（如患糖尿病、高血壓等），以及症狀相對較輕的偶發性疾病病人（如患感冒、腸胃炎等）。 有需要覆診的長期病患者於每次覆診後，診所會按病人臨床需要安排下次覆診時間，病人無須另行致電預約。 偶發性疾病病人則可透過醫管局普通科門診電話預約系統或醫管局一站式手機程式「HA Go」內的「預約普通科門診」功能，預約未來24小時的診症時間。 就診的病人應帶備身份証明文件到診所辦理登記手續。 如未能依時就診，請盡早取消預約，以騰出診症名額供其他有需要的病人預約。
