IVE Higher Diploma in Computer and Electronic Engineering programme aims to provide students with skills that combine theoretical knowledge and practical application in Computer, Electronic and Communications Engineering, Control and Automation or related fields.
All courses are practical in nature, involving substantial amount of practical and project works. A variety of quality teaching pedagogy is adopted. Students are expected to attend lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions, supported by interactive courseware and self-study packages available on campus intranets.
This programme aims to provide students with a practical grounding in software systems development, with the emphasis on software design and quality as well as project management. Graduates will be able to design and develop mobile, internet and enterprise applications.
The programme provides students with professional knowledge and skills in computer software development, systems / networks installation, maintenance, operation, administration and support with a balanced curriculum in theory and practical content.
