Caritas Social Work Services Division is taking new modes of service delivery to tackle the emerging social problems and ever-changing service needs. In reviewing the history of Caritas Social Work Services, we find that there are different stages of development during the past decades.
The wide-ranging services provided by Caritas include social work services, education, medical care, community development and hospitality, etc. Today Caritas serves the community through over 270 service units from about 150 locations. It has more than 6,500 full time staff and receives ongoing support from thousands of volunteers.

Therefore our Caritas Social Work Channel was launched in order to promote and enhance our service via social media. This Channel has integrated video clips selected from five major service entities.
It provides services to Caritas Hong Kong, Hong Kong Diocese and the Hong Kong community. The aim of CITAC is to provide effective and efficient I.T. solutions for our clients so as to enhance their productivity and competitiveness in this information era.
