第三者責任保險簡介. 汽車保險中的第三者責任保險 (又稱第三者保險或三保)，為保單持有人保障第三者的財產損毀、人身傷亡。 根據香港法例，所有在道路上行駛的車輛，必須為第三者人身傷亡之責任購備保險，為車主提供基本的保障，亦是香港法例對汽車保險的基本要求。 如果投保車輛不幸遇上交通意外，與其他車輛發生碰撞，保險公司就會為第三方的損失提供保障。 法例要求涉及交通意外而導致第三者人身傷亡的最低保障金額為1億元。 雖然法例沒有訂明要為第三者的財物損失提供保障，不過這類保險計劃通常會包括2百萬元的財產損毀保障。 第三者責任保險的 不受保障項目. 由於第三者責任汽車保險是汽車保險最基本的保障，保障範圍相對地較為有限。 三保通常不包括下列項目： 個人汽車及財物損毀. 自身受傷及死亡. 支援公路上故障的車輛.
