After rounding out a travel companion, I phoned Wing On, to be told that that tour had been and gone, and the next available tour was about HKD6000+. Needless to say, I didn't book, and wondered if that was a scam to get people interested.
Answer 41 of 59: So the lesson is, NEVER use the Wingon travel group, or other big advertisers -- only after the trip did I go off the mainstream media and read about so many complaints from users on websites like this one...

Opening hours are 10:30am to 10pm daily. This is a popular department store for local residents.

We appeared in person at Wing On's branch at the Bank Centre, Nathan Road, Mongkok.
To be fair, I think Wing On is one of the better run travel agencies in Hong Kong. Over the past twenty some odd years, I have used Wing On a few times and they never disappoint me. And before, they have different categories of the same tour, such as, you pay extra for joining a tour that stay in nicer hotels and better food.
