Apr 2021. Although you wouldn’t seek out Ladder St for its own sake, if you are walking between Hollywood Road and the Man Mo Temple or Cat St markets, then it’s an easy diversion. Ladder St isn’t really a conventional street at all. Instead, it’s really a century old giant stone staircase.

The trail evens out quickly and you will find yourself in the best slot canyon! Navagating the ladders is not difficult but it is advisable to have a strong hiker/ladder climber lead the way and lend a helping hand to others, especially children, as they climb to the top of the ladder.

The Ladder is a great hike with great views of the ocean, Ladder Bay, and Diamond Rock. However, for the most part the hike was shaded thankfully. "The Bottom" is a great little village. While Dutch is the official language, most everyone speaks English in conversation.

this place is amazing. the waterfall runs next to the metal ladder you're climbing and it sprays you a bit. not recomended during the winter. we went in the fall (october 2014) and it was lovely. you can even stop for a tea break (in case you have a tea and camping stove) after finishing climbing up. the water are cool and fresh and good to drink.
The renown Jacob Ladder is a must see, and a must climb for those fit enough to do it. I had to make do with looking up the ladder and going up a few steps.The bottom of the steps are close to the little museum near the church. I also saw the steps from the top and this the best way to see them.
2019年9月15日 · The Ladder of Kotor is a historic hiking trail is that connected Kotor with Njegusi village and Cetinje. For centuries, this was the only path connecting Kotor and Cetinje. From Kotor, the trail climbs up over 70 switch backs into the mountains to Krstac Pass.
We climbed Jacob’s Ladder while we were in Cheddar, and this is the way to the top of the gorge. The climb can be strenuous for some but should be manageable for most. The whole climb is broken down to several flights of steps so that you can rest where necessary.
