   2020年10月22日 · 2020年10月22日. 學生能力國際評估計劃（PISA）2018 國際勝任力 評估結果公布，教育局表示，香港學生在認知理解、知識和能力方面的表現躋身世界最佳之列。 PISA由經濟合作與發展組織策劃，每三年一次，旨在評估15歲學生以母語閱讀、數學和科學的能力。 教育局表示，在認知測驗中，香港15歲學生排名第三，平均分為542分，遠高於所有參與國家或經濟體系平均水平的474分。 該局指，本港學生在全球和跨文化議題上掌握良好知識，這對香港作為國際都會至為重要。

   2022年11月1日 · 根據聯合聲明，國際調解院籌備辦公室將設於香港，國家外交部與特區政府因此簽署《關於在香港特別行政區設立國際調解院籌備辦公室的安排》，訂明籌備辦公室的設立、地位，以及該辦公室及相關人士的特權及豁免權。 律政司司長林定國代表特區政府簽署安排，並表示特區政府對在香港設立籌備辦公室深表歡迎。 他指出，此舉體現國家大力支持香港在「一國兩制」下保持獨特地位，同時標誌簽署聯合聲明的國家對籌備辦公室設於香港的安排投下信任一票。 此外，設立籌備辦公室可加強香港在《十四五規劃綱要》和《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》下亞太區國際法律和爭議解決服務中心的地位。 為落實安排，特區政府會修訂《國際組織（特權及豁免權）條例》。 相關條例草案本周五刊憲，下周三提交立法會審議。
