2020年11月19日 · Go to Settings > Network & Internet > WIfi > Manage Known Networks, highlight and remove the network having problems, restart PC to see if it shows up again. Try plugging in by ethernet cable to the router to compare, then plug the ethernet cable into the modem (if separate) to see if this might be an issue with the router.

Not possible to force it on the console, but what you can do is (on the router portal) either rename the SSIDs of the frequencies to separate them, or turn off 2.4Ghz temporarily and then setup wifi on the console. 2020年11月12日 · I use a range extender that has a 2.4g and 5g channel and my series x refuses to connect to the 5g channel. It tells me it cant get and ip address from it when I try and connect it.
