RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. The Board hereby announces that Mr. Li Zaohang( 李早航先生) retired as Non-executive Director and ceased to be the Chairman of the Strategy and Budget Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company and the Bank with effect from 16 June 2015.
