2024年9月12日 · I got the same answer from Norton Tech Support. You have to fill up the Cloud Backup location before you will be able to backup locally. Further, If you delete the Cloud backup once local is available, you will be forced to backup to the cloud again. I agree with others, this is a terrible idea.
