2018年10月15日 · 買家揀選心儀門票並輸入個人資料及地址後，帳單上便會顯示相關的運費及服務費，各平台的服務費按門票售出價而定，由15%到28.8%，以「Viagogo」收取的服務費最高，若門票售出價為2,000元，買方最終須另外繳付576元服務費。 「Stubhub」及「Viagogo」分別在其「出售門票」的版面表示「在Stubhub香港發布銷售廣告是免費的」及「上架銷售你的門票永遠是免費的」，但用戶使用門票轉售平台，不論購買抑或出售門票，其實都要支付服務費/管理費，而收取的費用分別為賣家設定的門票售價的10%至18%。 換言之，市民購票時總手續費可為門票售出價的26.5%至38.8%。
