2008年1月9日 · The Government today (January 9) announced that Deputy Commissioner of Rating and Valuation Mrs Mimi Brown Tsang Mui-fan would succeed Mr Lo Hing-chung as Commissioner of Rating and Valuation with effect from January 15. Mr Lo will proceed on pre-retirement leave on that day after more than 39 years of service.
