In addition to the charge in Pesos, there may be a "currency conversion fee" charged by the credit card issuer or affiliate (i.e., Visa, MasterCard). The amounts should show-up on your monthly statement in your national currency, not Mexican Pesos, if I'm recalling correctly.

You should call Cap One and have a PIN assigned as well. At a manned POS, the machine will spit out two slips, one you sign, one is your receipt.
