5 天前 · May 26, 2024, 10:44 AM. Very safe especially if staying on a resort but no issues going off resort to visit local spots. As for any destinations, stay vigilant but have been travelling to the DR since 1985 and do not recall being involved in anything security or safety related, on or off resort. Reply.

We had a private 2 bedroom villa with a semi-private pool and the kids amenities were great, plus it didn’t break the bank!
