If I use Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass to travel from Nagoya to Kanazawa via Takyama route, the whole train ride on Limited Express Wide View Hida & JR Hokuriku Shinkansen will take roughly 5 hours. But if I train from Nagoya to Tsuruga and then Kanazawa , I save about 2 hours on travelling time.
4 天前 · Sightseeing buses are generally not covered by the Nikko Pass. Only regular buses. Or are you refering to the World Heritage Loop Bus? It is not suspended. But it uses a slightly different route than usual on selected days. As for the Nikko-Kinugawa bus not running on weekends: you can take trains instead. by Uji.
