ANA has a sale in which I am getting internal flights free, so to maximise on this offer we decided to do it in reverse order and spend two weeks split between these days. I am in the very early stages of planning my itinerary in Japan and I am not sure if I an too much/too little time to any of the following place: Tokyo: 4 full days. Hakone: 1.5 days. Kyoto, including day trips: 5 days.
