5 天前 · 「行動2.0」及「消防資助計劃」旨在協助更多業主按「強制驗樓計劃」進行所需的檢驗及修葺及履行《消防安全（建築物）條例》下提升消防安全的要求。 登記計劃後，樓宇或屋苑必須履行一系列責任，如展示相關計劃宣傳品；積極與相關政府部門及機構合作，包括預先通知警方相關樓宇或屋苑會議及選舉的詳情、提供相關紀錄；以及主動提供懷疑違法行為的消息等。 而參與「復安居計劃」的政府部門及公營機構亦會為樓宇或屋苑提供一系列支援服務，包括就樓宇維修工程及相關事項提供專業意見、設立全天候二十四小時警察熱線，讓市民就樓宇維修工程相關事項作查詢或轉介、提供相關部門的直接聯絡渠道及由警方提供全天候一站式行動支援。 警方將分批主動聯絡成功獲批第三輪「行動2.0」及「消防資助計劃」的樓宇或屋苑作登記。
