You can take a bus to Mismaloya (get off at the Barcelo ), then get a boat out to Los Arcos. You could also hire a panga from Los Muertos to take you all the way there, either way works!

June is the rainy season so even you go to that area you might not be able to see it at all. Even when it is not rainy the haze can block the view. It really depends on your luck.
