2021年7月15日 · 環保署發言人表示，署方於今年初開展由業界主導的地區性建築廢物收集及回收服務先導計劃，率先在深水埗區進行，透過設立方便的建築廢物收集點和使用智能環保斗，並利用「好好斗」流動應用程式預約，收集小型裝修工程產生的建築廢物，從而提供方便、省時及有效益的建築廢物收集服務，在源頭減少非法棄置建築廢物。 環保署由今日起將計劃擴展至元朗、沙田及大埔區，讓區內的小型裝修師傅和市民亦可透過「好好斗」流動應用程式，預約在區內交收建築廢物，同時推動更多裝修業界人士使用該項服務，進一步提升計劃的總建築廢物收集量。 在回收基金的支援下，服務承辦商配合集運安排及回收分類以減省運輸及棄置成本，只按量收取每公噸惰性建築廢物七十一元和每公噸非惰性建築廢物二百元的服務費。
